Enchanting Guide for World of Warcraft

Enchanting is a most sought-after profession but consequently one of the most difficult to learn in World of Warcraft. However, it is definitely worth it because you will be constantly using these abilites. With this WoW Enchanting Guide, the aim is to learn more about Enchanting.Enchanting an item isn't the only thing an enchanter does. Enchanters could also disenchant and this skill can come in handy in some occassions.

Although enchanting is a skill not for everyone, if you find in yourself a great deal of patience and the belief that this skill would be helpful to your quest, it’s worth trying it. we’re here to make it very easy for you.

WoW Enchanting Guide: Getting Started

You need to find a trainer to get your apprenticeship. This wouldn’t be hard, since they are readily available in various places in bigger cities. nce you get a trainer, you’ll also have to opt for a secondary profession. The choices are really much open. Remember you won't be needing any kind of gathering-cased second profession like mining since you won't need to do much gathering anyway.

Next thing you need is an item to enchant and also the recipe for enchanting it. Use your disenchantments very carefully, as you can never take your disenchantment back once you’ve done it. There's no turning back, so disenchant wisely.

Enchanting

To start the actual process of enchanting, let's work on an Enchant Bracer, which is worn on the wrist to deflect objects. You're going to be needing strange dust and lesser magic essence for this recipe. If you don't have these items yet, buy them at the auction house or get them from a vendor.

Once you have with you the items, open up the spellbook and and look for the enchanting window. Follow the instructions listed and you will have your first enchanted item for level 1 in no time. Just get on with it 'til you get past level 300.

Disenchanting

Disenchanting an item may be necessary at times so you can collect the special dusts and poweders that you need. In doing this, look up on your spellbook and select disenchant. After doing this, select the item you want to disenchant by moving the mouse over to it. Note that the process may take a few minutes to complete and there is no turning back once you start.

When you need to gather dust and other items for your enchanting recipes, disenchanting items is perhaps the easiest and most affordable manner to go. Here’s a quick guide to help you get the items you need:

Dust – Green Armor

Essence – Green Weapons

Shard – Blue Items

Nexus Crystal – Purple Items (up to 60)

Void Crystals – Purple Items (after level 60)

What to Do With Your Skill

Now that you know how to enchant items, you can now trade them with other players if you want to be social, or you can sell them. You may also sell your items to other players or have them auctioned at the auction house.
